Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology

Tulane’s MPH in Epidemiology is a 45-credit program available online or on campus that prepares you to serve as a mid-level epidemiologist in public health research or practice settings. The program teaches you to apply conceptual methodologies to the study of public health problems and health disparities as a means of understanding how to prevent or address them. Through coursework and other learning experiences, you’ll gain a thorough knowledge of the sources of health data, how to collect data from original sources, as well as how to process, analyze, and effectively report findings from epidemiologic studies.
